that the world had ever known
God’s love in the form of
a little child from Heaven’s throne

Such joy,
Such hope,
Sent to earth from above
This gift, God’s greatest gift
Wrapped in Heaven’s love

What can you give to someone who’s hurting?
What can you share to calm a troubled heart?
In this season of hope just what can you offer
to someone whose life is torn apart?

The dreams of all eternity
were wrapped in a present so small
For God cared enough to give to you
the greatest gift of all
