So if you haven’t yet, be sure to read my Tour Contest below and help us get to your area! There has been a really amazing response from you guys so far so I just want to thank you so much in advance for your help! A lot of you have been asking me to come to other states than those listed, so….If you don’t see your state in list, send the venue info anyway to 2008tour@eowynmusic.com and my booking team will see what they can do! TOUR CONTEST:
Hey guys! I have an incentive that I want to extend to all of you fans out there. I want to get to your city during my 2008 Tour, but to make that happen I need your help! So here’s what I propose…take a look at the Tour Calendar below and find when I am planning on coming through your state! No matter what city you’re in within that state, I want to get to your area! If you see your state, and you know a venue that would like to book me in your area, send an e-mail to 2008tour@eowynmusic.com Here’s the catch, in order to get the incentives that I will soon mention, you must have already approached this venue about me coming during the time frame for your state and gotten the go ahead for my booking team to contact them. This in no way means the venue is expected to book at this time. This just means they are interested and my booking team will contact them to give them further details. If you get the go ahead send the following:
1. Their name
2. phone number
3. City and state
4. E-mail address
5. And venue name to the 2008tour@eowynmusic.com address
6. Also send your name and e-mail address
The venue will then be contacted by my booking team within one week. At that time they will send your venue all the info that they need for them to consider booking the show. (My booking agents are really good at working with venues and keeping the process simple, so don’t think you have to be the one that handles the business side of things, just send their info if they are interested.) From that point, if your contact decides to book the date and it provides me with a concrete booking during the tour you will receive the following the day of the show.
1. CD of your choice
2. Poster of your choice
3. Sticker of your choice
4. Button of your choice
5. And a tour (led by me)of my tour bus for you and two friends the day of the show.
6. You will also be called up on stage by me the day of the show for a little surprise. (unless this makes you completely nervous, in which case please say so in your e-mail.)
*The booking team will send you out a confirmation e-mail once the show is booked and what to do next to receive your prizes.
*Deadline for all entries is December 15th.
Side notes:
* If two people end up coming forward with the same venue info and it goes through, the first one will get the prizes. So be sure to get yours in quickly!
* If my team has already booked a show in your state by the time you send your info, they will still pursue your venue and try to book it later that year. AND I will still give you the Incentive bonus! Submissions still must submitted by December 15 to qualify.
* If you already have both of my CD’s and you’re thinking it’s not worth it to you…that may not be the case. This tour looks like it may be my new CD release tour for my upcoming album! More info to come!
* All shows must meet the standard terms and conditions of my booking team.
