DECATUR, Ill., March 15, 2007 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ — For the first time in Illinois Lottery history, the winning Lotto and Little Lotto tickets for the Wednesday, March 14, drawing were sold by the same retail store.

Do you think some people read this and thought this was a lucky store? Do you think some people may have started dreaming of the luck they may have passing by?

The lucky story would be true if there were skill or some sort of actual real luck involved in winning lottery. If you think winning the lottery involves skill or some sort of real luck, then this worldview of ‘luck’ is perfect.
