God of miracles

We recently heard this update from The Jesus Film Project:

A film team went to a large village in Nigeria (the country is 41 percent Islamic). They brought projection equipment, a 16 mm film copy of “JESUS” in the local language (now available in 57 tongues of Nigeria!) and prayer support. The team chose a site by a road, near the town. On one side of the road the land sloped upward, enabling many to see the screen. After much publicity, the place became packed with 2,000 people, or as the team described it, “filled to the brim.” The team started the generator and then the projector. The crowd quieted down and became engrossed in the film “JESUS,” the Word of God exactly quoted directly from Luke. SUDDENLY.. .PANDEMONIUM! People were rushing in all directions. The team looked up to see a large, speeding bus bearing down on the crowd! Everyone felt helpless. Hundreds of men, women and children were right in its path. The driver was drunk, and there was little the people could do but stare into the headlights — their deaths only moments away. The film team was also in its path. They were stunned by what happened next. For God intervened. The team described it “as though an unseen hand took control and pushed the bus aside.” The bus barreled right past 2,000 people and stopped a few hundred feet down the hill. To their amazement, not a single person was harmed! The people ran to confront the driver, but the team persuaded them to be merciful. They all returned, and the team restarted “JESUS.” Even the driver stayed to watch. When they had seen and heard the entire story, and realized what Jesus had done for them, there was much rejoicing, and they gave glory to God who had miraculously spared their lives! Many gave their lives to Christ. And, at last report, the team still does not know how the bus missed the crowd.
