You & Your Girl, presented by LifeWay Women, is a fun and informative Saturday event for moms and their daughters, ages 8 to 18. Best-selling author and nationwide speaker Vicki Courtney will encourage and equip participants with sessions on issues facing women today. In addition to Vicki’s eye-opening messages, moms, daughters, and their friends will also hear from a variety of breakout leaders, worship leaders, and dramatist Emory Colvin. Girl band Everlife brings their high-energy music and inspiring messages to teen girls.
Vicki Courtney is founder of Virtuous Reality Ministries, which reaches over 150,000 girls and mothers a year through her virtuousreality.com Web site and speaking engagements. A mother of three teens, she seeks to provide both teens and their parents with the tools necessary to navigate today’s promiscuous culture.

MyFreeMusicFriday.com is offering the Shaun Groves song “Miss Texas” for free download February 2.
“Miss Texas” was written shortly after I moved from Texas to Nashville, Tennessee in 1997 to pursue a career in the music business. Once in Nashville, I missed good fajitas, wide open spaces, and just about everything else about the home I left behind. But more than that, I missed the comfortable life I left for this new unstable and unpredictable one in a foreign land flowing with sweet tea and NASCAR.
“Miss Texas” is a song for anyone who is willing to follow God wherever He leads them but is also honest about how difficult that can be at times. Obedience is not without sacrifice…and homesickness. - Shaun Groves
This song is from a new live CD “One Night In Knoxville” sold exclusively at Shaun’s web store. Check it out!
