Breaking Bonaduce = born again Bonaduce

A recent episode of VH1’s reality TV program ‘Breaking Bonaduce‘ showed Danny Bonaduce getting baptized and talking about his faith…

The idea for the baptism was mine a long, long, long time ago. You know, I’ve been trying to quit drugs - and cheating on my wife, and stop drinking … and I never made it. And then I realized, Gretchen and her family - and reasonable people - talk about being ‘born again.’ And I thought, “That’s the answer! I don’t have to quit. We can kill Danny, and have him born again, and he’ll be born a guy that doesn’t lie and cheat and take drugs!” - Danny

John 3:3
Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

I’ve prayed for Danny Bonaduce and David Cassidy for years. Was so glad to see Danny baptised. Do you know the name of the pastor who presided over the baptism? The name of the church the Bonaduce’s attend?
I’d appreciate any info you can provide.
Thank you,
Elsa

Danny Bonaduce is a low-minded moron who should get his ugly no talent face off television and go back to the gutter where he belongs.

I don’t think he’s really serious. Sorry. This man lost his soul many many years ago.

Along with Elsa, I, too, have prayed for Danny and David for years! I’m so glad
he’s born again! And I agree with average guy - ‘ye without sin cast the first stone..’

Judge not lest you be judged…well, that’s been misused, misquoted, and taken out of context forever. The judgement here that Jesus was talking about was the judgement of passing sentence, with the warning for everyone that does so will be themselves judged by the very same standard they used on another, and that without mercy…you can judge Danny Bonaduce all you want, the stipulation is that you yourself will be judged by the very same standard you used on him. If you pass judgement because he has fallen short in this life sometimes, the terrifying conclusion will be that you yourself will also be judged for that because you yourself have fallen short in this life. If you pass judgement on him because he shot off his mouth in a way that offended you, then you yourself will be judged for when you yourself did that to anyone else. The best thing is to quit being a pharisee and love him as a human being who probably started out way further behind the 8-ball than you could possibly conceive. It may just be on the day of judgement that Danny Bonaduce came much further as a human being from where he started than did everyone who rags on him came from where they started.
