Partnership in God’s Purpose
God works everything according to His will to what He made up His mind to do. He wants to unfold this purpose to us and then energize that purpose through us. He does not outwork His purpose independently from us; He works it through those who open up and allow Him to do the work. The will of God for every person is this: That something of God’s life be ministered through us in this world. The great topic of the will of God concerns what pours out of our lives, not what we do as we pass through this life. - Jack Hayford
