Schiavo Autopsy Shows Massive Brain Damage

Wednesday, June 15th, 2005

This is not news to anyone. Also, it’s not news to anyone that a court ordered her feeding tube to be removed, thereby killing her - note that this story even comes to that same conclusion….

She died from dehydration, Thogmartin said. …
He said that after her feeding tube was removed, she would not have been able to eat or drink if she had been given food by mouth,

Why did the court order this against the wishes of her parents who were willing to take care of her? Are persons with brain damage expendable? Are they considered somehow less than human? Those questions were not addressed in this news story unfortunately.

It’s ironic that they very thing they blame others for doing, they are obviously doing themselves.
