Everlife SO HOT SUMMER Contest - Disney

As a part of Disney’s So Hot Summer campaign, Radio Disney and the Disney Channel are unveiling a new collection of shows that are specifically geared to bring families together. Disney Channel will offer a ’sneak peek’ of the summer programming on May 31st, with new programming beginning June 10th. However the network is offering a lucky viewer a chance to celebrate the end of the school year and the ability to see the shows before anyone else through the Sneak Peek Sweepstakes, and Everlife has been offered to be a part of the promotion.

Fans can register to win by entering that day’s code on the Disney website, which can be obtained by listening to Radio Disney, or by winning games of skill on the air. Disney will be giving a lucky viewer a new plasma TV and entertainment center. Everlife will deliver the entertainment center to the winners home and perform the theme to the original Disney film “Go Figure” for the winner and 2 of their closest friends. The event will be aired on Disney at the end of the summer.

The contest is valid in the US, District of Columbia and US Territories, to listeners 14 and under. Contest began at 3am May 26th, and will run through 3pm Monday June 6.

The Power in Prayer

Friday, May 27th, 2005

An omnipotent God, for whom nothing is impossible, hears our petitions. We access the greatest force in the universe when we enter the presence of the Father. It is within His power to give us anything we ask, although He does not always choose to do so. The Lord answers “no” to some of our prayers because He can see the negative consequences of our wrong desires. He will give us anything we ask if He recognizes - in His perfect wisdom and love - that it is good for us.
