I turned on the nightly news tonight to hear this…

“The Supreme Court of the United States refuses to order Terri Schiavo’s feeding tube to be reinserted…”

That struck me as a peculiar choice of words. That made it sound like the Courts are not intrusive…but wasn’t it a court that ordered the feeding tube to be removed in the first place? (more…)
